Jessica Kesumo’s passion for interacting with people from all walks of life inspired her to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Raised in Indonesia, she studied in Sydney’s Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School before working in leading hotels in Australia’s metropolitan cities and eventually moving to Hong Kong, where she had worked as the front-of-house in top F&B establishments and made her name for herself within the vibrant community.
Hong Kong-native John Law’s passion for cooking began at a young age in his home kitchen, where he would help his mother cook comforting yet delicious meals. He took his culinary skills to the next level by training in Australia, before re-establishing his roots and building a career in his home city.
